Lim Su Hui, a Singapore-based creative who attained First Class Honours in BA(Hons) in Fashion Design and Textiles at LASALLE College of the Arts, validated by Goldsmiths, University of London. With an affinity for nature in her practice, her works are a marriage of the latent beauty from surrounding spaces and moments while radically maintaining a sense of kinship with our living spaces. She currently explores sustainability in fashion surrounding zero-waste pattern-making practices while balancing poetic means in Singapore heritage. Her graduating collection, 'homeland' takes on a poetic nod to the reimagined 14th-century Fort Canning Hill, featured on Vogue Singapore, FEMALE Singapore, Envi Media, and The LASALLE Show 2023. Her other interests include capturing contemplative moment landscapes through photography – meeting the mundane and poetics of stillness.
